At Built Different, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if your gear doesn't meet your standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
